Unable to locate country where website based. Owner details completely hidden.  

No tickets for the event at any time. Event date now passed and money lost. In process of back charging but no guarantee of refund.

To state the obvious. Get your tickets elsewhere.

I like everyone else here ordered 2 tickets from them and managed to get in touch only 3 times and each time they told me someone would call back and I never got any call backs, then the website and the telephone number went out of service and you can't get hold of them at all now. My credit card company said I have to wait until event is over, and then I can claim my money back.

It is disgusting they can do this to people, I will soon report them when my tickets do not turn up and get a crime ref No. for my credit card company. I hope they rot in Hell!

LTE have had our money for months now and still not received the 3 tickets ordered for Take That at the O2 soon. This was meant as a surprise for our daughters birthday....now ruined. Have any fellow TT fans had their tickets from LTE ?

Bought two Take That tickets from London Ticket Exchange £311 had no tickets but they had my money. I have tried to email they do not reply their phone isn't working. Do not use them

you can not contact them by email or phone as its not connected. I feel a plonker and this is the last time I will buy tickets online

I travel a lot and I have an address in Spain for them so being the sort of man that does not like to be ripped off I will be visiting them with some friends in the near future

I only ever received info when my money was taken - into an offshore account. I immediately contacted them through their website and received no feedback. The telephone number is not in service.

I have contacted my credit card company and they think it is a fraudulent site so luckily we can claim our money back,

I have ordered tickets for a concert in May 2015 - have tried on several occasions to contact LTE and the phone number has been disabled. They are not responding to my emails or on their official website. I typed in a question and it stated that someone would contact me shortly. This never happened and I have tried on several occasions.

What does this say about the business? Has anyone else had any problems and should I expect to receive the tickets in time for the concert?

Just want to say thanks to the guys at londonticketexchange I took a risk and saw them on top of google, I bought 4 Chelsea v arsenal, I was sceptical as I could not find any reviews for them, however, held my breath and bought them after talking to a helpful advisor, received them the next day and had a great time
