This site isn't a true ticket booking site.

Their "phone number" doesn't work.

If you order tickets, you get an email saying that you haven't actually booked anything, but they still have your credit card information. They give you an "order number", but there is no place on the site to access information about your order, even though the email says: "Please use this number on our website to follow up on the progress of your booking."

The credit card submission part isn't even secure (https), which is the big clue.

The people that run this site should be arrested, and the site should be shuttered.

This is an advertissment for people who do not want to wast there money: Do not buy tickets thru the online website Londontheatreticketoffice.com. It is terrible. You pay and you will never get your tickets. Nobody will answer your calls in case you try the indicated phone number.

This was the first time that i used this website to watch the lion king show running at Lyceum Theatre London and i so glad i did.I booked the tickets online and was able to collect them outside the venue from a representative.Lyceum Theatre is one of the best theatre of London westend with a good and impressive staffs.Excellent service-first time user. I really appreciated the call after booking the tickets to check the details.

I feel very stupid, having accidentally booked through them. Two weeks later they still haven't sent anything but have taken my £125.

I booked tickets through this website only to find they don't actually book it; they must then call the theatre and try to get tickets, or book via their REAL website

After I booked I got an email saying "we have received your request, but do not guarantee tickets" - then the next day I got confirmation of my tickets - which was all well and good until I looked at what they had sent, which was NOT what I had asked for - the seats and price were completely different and therefore no good for me.

I called them to rectify but they won't deal with it over the phone, saying I must email. I have emailed but have had no response (it said they'd reply within 24 hours - they havent).

I'll have to wait until April to really know if they have bought tickets or not - I'm pretty gutted that I fell for this website.

There are 101 inconsistencies to indicate this is a website used to take your credit card details. Note the fake padlocked payment page. Even the Twitter, Facebook icons are fake. The help phone number leads you to another outfit called londonwestendtheatretickets.com who deny any knowledge of the site and who themselves sound just as dodgy.
