We went in January 2019 and bought tickets for 'The Comedy About A Bank Robbery. We realised the seats were at the back although other agencies usually show you, before you buy, where the seats are. What they also never said was that the seats had restricted views. Obviously we will never use this agency again.

Be warned not to buy anything from them.

A ticket worth 25 they sold me at 38.

The reason i bought it was be cause he pointed on the middle and said the seat is in the middle. Afterwards i checked online and it is at the far side. Worst seat ever abs so far from what he pointed.

They will tell you you get free cake and cofee but it's actually included in the 9 extra pounds i paid from them. Beware!!!!

I bought a ticket here for Matilda show on saturday 16th of September 2017 but the Irish girl in the counter on Thursday was a dodgy sales person ,she charged me for a cake and drink that I'm not interested to buy and never mention, its included in my bill, just realised it when my partner saw my total bill charges , very dodgy place and I hope this booth should not be operated as a ticket agent, it affects most tourist around .I'm hoping for this booth to be closed permanently.

I lived in london for 13 years and if I need a rush tickets i rather go to tkts nearby as most around here are not operating on discount

all you of your tourist in london if you need an urgent west end show show to watch just go to Tkts nearby you won't be disappointed as long as you will be served by an English person in the counter.

It is the second year that I buy Theater tickets through London Theatre bookings. I always go to Covent Garden to get my tickets and the guys and gals are great. Last time I forgot my credit card there and lo and behold I got it back next day! I am very satisfied with their honest, cheerful and friendly service. Keep up the good work!

Brought 2 tickets for Let it Be thinking we had a good deal as the guy said they had a discount for this evenings performance. When we got to the theatre we asked at the ticket office how much for the same seats purchased at London Theatre Tickets Covent Garden to be told £15, we were charged £25?!? It's disgusting that these sharks are licensed to promote these top London shows. My advice, go direct to the theatres ticket office. Let it be was fantastic but spoilt by THE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!!!

So, I have had a very interesting story with them. Read and decide yourself if you go for them. Firstly, I have found vey good deals on their website which were not available on other sites. I wanted to but the tickets but the website seemed a bit lacking trust, they had a STAR membership mentioned on the site though. So, I checked them from STAR website and verified their secure website membership. Then I check the store address on Google Maps if they really exists on the street view. The I bought my tickets online. However, after I submit my card details, I got a blank webpage. I called customer service of Theather booings and they said it didnt go through. They told me that they cancelled my booking and I need to do again online. It sounded tricky but I did. And again the same error. I called them again and this time we made the booking on the phone. So I gave them all my card details. I asked for a email confirmation and they said they dont. I was like how come, how can I prove my booking? Then after some discussions they accepted to send a confirmation email. Btw the guy on the phone was extremly unfriendly.

Then I got an unofficial email...and an hour later a system email saying my booking is not compete. The I checked further online and found this site with all negative comments. I was so stressed. I was sure that it was a fraud. I called my bank to explain the situation. They directed to me VISA Global Transcation company and they confirmed that one booking is transacted from my credit card. I asked them to block my card for further fraud and it got blocked.

Then the next day, I went to London and I went to the store where they told me to pick up my tickets. The store was in CovetnGarden. The very cneter of London. IT was a nice store. Actually it was a place where I would go directly to buy if I were to see only in teh street. They have couple of locations even. The store was completely trustworthy. The guy was kind and he gave me my tickets without any issue after I gave him my reference number. I went to the theatre and I had the seats exactly described as in the website and I watched the show with a great pleasure.

So all in all it started out as my worst online shopping experience and ended up in one of my best shows (Mamma Mia). So now you know that bad things can happen anywhere and different people can have very different expriences (or perceptions) over same things.

we got to London central and wanted to see a show, and called the number we saw advertised above a shop - a very polite and friendly Scottish gentleman seemed to go out of his way to help us in our plight for theatre tickets , he also go us a great discount and recommended the shows to us, of which we loved . would definitely use London theatre bookings again and recommend to friends and family - thank you to this company for making our trip a memorable one , Sally and Family .

Going to London for a last minute Easter break. Matilda was sold out everywhere else but managed to get tickets from London Theatre Bookings. Ordered late on Tuesday and arrived in post on Thursday morning. Couldn't have asked for more and would definitely use again.

Booked tickets through the company, I made an enquiry concerning a show, which they promised to call me back with the answer to my question, which they did within 5minuates something which is un-heard of in this day of age! They then continue to find me the best possiable sits at the best price which they did and as promised I received the tickets the following day. I have now used this company for the third time and everytime found them to be excellent.

I booked 2 tickets for Wicked yesterday via www.londontheatrebookings.com and then read the negative comments here which made me concerned.

I went to the Covent Garden shop to pick up my tickets today, double checked everything was spot on with the tickets, and the service was good.

The tickets were obviously genuine and the show was fantastic!
