I recently purchased 2x bronze tickets to the Arsenal v Bournemouth match on 28/12/15 (order number 167063) for my husband as his Christmas present. I have been trying to contact KIX for days regarding my order. I have emailed several times - NO REPLY, used their facebook to message them - NO REPLY, tried to to the telephone number - DOES NOT EVER CONNECT and also tried the online help via the website - NO REPLY!!!

I was concerned that I had not heard anything with there only being 5 working days before the match due to Christmas for the tickets to be delivered. I am devastated that I appear to have wasted my money on this company and my poor husband will not have a present as I cannot afford to buy him anything else!!

On 14/5/15 I purchased (order number 143715) through their Internet site two tickets for the Final

of the Champions League in Berlin which took place on 6/6/15. The tickets were for Category 4 and the price for each one of them was GBP 1,250. they also charged me GBP 375 as handling charge!

They never delivered the tickets and they refused to reimburse even a penny. I was refunded by VISA only after a hassle with them.

They did the same to other 3 Americans, 4 Britons, 2 Israelis and 2 Colombians. All waited with me, in vain, for two hours until 18:00 on the day of the match, at the meeting point in Berlin.

Obviously it's a tout site so it was expensive, £240. They rang me that day and said we've emailed you a paper ticket to club wembley

Basically you don't know where they're gonna stick you. But it's a real website, the ticket was real. i would use this site again

As you may know, football tickets are hard to come buy so i resorted to KIX FOOTBALL TICKETS, a secondary ticket website, at first i was worried that i would not recieve my tickets as the company didnt have many reviews...so i ordered 4 tickets to see Liverpool V Everton!!! They were situated in the KOP! I was told they would be left in my hotel for me to pick up upon arrival and yes they were there. I was so happy as this game was not one to miss!! The prices were reasonable as the game was a sell out as usual so i didnt mind paying over the odds. All in all great experience! Will be using again!

They keep talking abt refund and said will refund back but nothing was done. the owner also called and said it will be don within a week and they dissaperd with the money. waited for 3 weeks nothing and the customer service keep saying not sure. Screwed up service. Don ever buy ftom them

paid 2 tickets for £724 as I booked front view seats, tickets did not arrive, I was told agent would meet me outside the stadium, which didn't happen either, instead I was asked to meet him in the toilet of a nearby shopping centre as too many police outside the stadium, which sounded very dodgy to me.

I was given 2 tickets worth £23 each, worst seat of the stadium, I could not see half of the pitch, extremely disappointed!!! I booked this ticket for the young son of a client, who ended up in tears during the match because couldn't see anything.

On the following day I've managed to speak to customer service who put me through the owner of the company who apologised and ensured a full refund within 1 week.

It's been over 3 weeks now and no money have been refunded, I've tried to call and txt owner but no answer, when I called the customer service they said they can't do nothing about it.

This is the worst customer service I've ever received from a company!!! They claim to work in many European countries !!!!!

I find strange they actually have any good review......

I ordered tickets for Chelsea vs Arsenal, premier league game on Sunday i.e. 5th October. They delivered yesterday and the ordered tickets are genuine. Thanks to KIXfootballtickets for providing us a chance to view the exciting match.

Compare to other secondary ticket agents, KIXfootballtickets offered tickets at reasonable rates and also the service is so good.

I have bought tickets to the Arsenal - Manchester city game in London. Prices were not the lowest, compared to other sites, but the quality was high - from the ordering process to delivery. They even called me few days before the match to make sure all is Ok, verify address of hotel, and gave me details of a contact person, in case of any issue.

Tickets were delivered 2 days before the game, and waited for me in the hotel safe.

Overall positive experience.

I have been hunting around looking for last minute tickets for world cup trip with the family. Most sites have nothing or are two expensive for three people. Found this site and got my family tickets for a good price. Son is happy so I, have o recommend. Will have already told my freunde about it.

We have been told that the tickets will arrive at our address within 72 hours from booking and that exactly what happened. We have recieved all 12 tickets, 4 for each match we have ordered, the right category we have booked and all seats are seated together. Thank you Larry from Customer Support you did an excellent work and we give you and your webite a perfect score. We will buy once again at KIXFootballTickets.com when Premier League will shoot off.
