I bought tickets from Just buy tickets for Fleetwood Mac in Tampa. They were not honored at the door. We were told the same tickets were sold 20 or 30 times. When I contacted Just buy tickets they refused to make good on the tickets. They told me to turn it over to my credit card co. So I am out $443 dollars for the tickets. They were NOT helpful at all. They did not care that I lost that money. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or use their service again!

Just buy Tickets sucks!!!! Don't buy anything from them.....have had two bad experiences won't use them again!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR TICKETS. NO TICKETS WERE AT THE DAVE MATTHEWS SHOW. WHEN MY CREDIT CARD WAS SCANNED TO GET INTO THE VENUE IT WAS NOT RECOGNIZED IN THE SYSTEM. 

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS!! I purchased tickets and was told to get them at the box office "approximately" 1 hour before. 10 minutes into the show some guy showed up at the box office. We got the ticket and luckily we opened the envelope before the "guy" was out of sight. After waiting for more than an hour originally for the tickets the ones they gave us were lawn NOT pavilion. We also paid over double the price of the tickets for this terrible service.

My girlfriend wanted to see a concert. She said, 'tickets are $40.' Okay, I'll buy a couple. I went online a somehow got linked to www.justbuytickets.com. Unfortunately, in the moment, I was dumb enough to pay $116 each for these $40 tickets, plus $61.40 for 'other expenses' plus $15 for shipping, for a total of $308.48.

I immediately went to a different site online and bought 2 seats at the rear of the floor for $90 from the venue themselves.

Within 20 minutes of my first purchase from Just Buy Tickets, I called them for a refund. They wouldn't give me a refund. The show was still over 2 months away. They had plenty of time to 're-sell the tickets'. They refused my return request saying I had agreed to their terms and conditions which is 'all sales are final.'

If I had known 'all sales were final' I probably would not have immediately bought 2 more tickets before I called them for a refund.

I went to my bank to cancel the order within two hours of making it. Just Buy Tickets had already gotten a 'pre-authorization' on the order. I couldn't cancel it. A few days later, FedEx came with the tickets. I refused delivery. Just Buy Tickets never contacted me about my shipment refusal nor did they ever re-shipped the tickets to me again. They claim they 're-shipped the tickets several times.'

The day I ordered the Just Buy Tickets tickets I began a chargeback of the tickets. My chargeback effort was refused by the 'Dispute Resolution Team' of Webster Bank N.A. "Chargeback reason: Code 85, Dispute Reason: 85-Credit Not Processed." "Case Summary: The chargeback has been initiated by Visa DPS because the cardholder claims the credit was not processed."

The chargeback had been initiated by me because they increased the tickets they sold me 290% over the purchase price. And, I had called them back within 20 minutes of placing the order to cancel. They denied me a 'credit' even before they batched out. They could have just voided the sale. I was not actually asking for a credit. I was asking for a void. These are two different things in bankcard processing. They could have just 'erased' the sale and not had it cost them anything.

They had to keep my money. I tend to doubt they actually needed this money more than me.

The ticket sellers reply to my chargeback says "Copy of FedEx tracking information showing multiple delivery attempts." This is a lie. The receipt shows one delivery attempt with my refusal of the delivery. Neither Just Buy Tickets or Red Zone Tickets ever tried to send back the tickets to me. Them saying they did is another lie.

They say, "The customer checked a box saying they agree to our terms and conditions, which are included here." The site I bought at was www.justbuytickets.com under their Terms and Conditions. Yes, I was forced to 'agreed' to those terms and conditions move to the next step and actually buy tickets.

The company that actually sent me the tickets was Red Zone Tickets. I never agreed to Red Zone Ticket's terms and conditions.

It appears 'Prime Time Tickets Inc. owns Just Buy Tickets and Red Zone Tickets. It was Prime Time Tickets that responded to my chargeback. They say I "was upset about the ticket price" as though I were angry and yelled at their customer service person or something. I'm smart enough to know the person I was talking to did not set company policy and their refunding my money was not in their power. They did have a very nice memorized rebuttal to my refund request that they spouted off without drawing a breath.

Am I angry? No I'm not angry. Am I disgusted? Yes I am disgusted. I'm disgusted that a company can stand behind their 'legal team' and take millions of dollars from thousands of people 'legally' every year. All these people have in common is wanting to have fun and be entertained.

Getting charged $308.48 for 2 tickets that should have cost me $80, is not priceless. It cost me $308.48. That's $228.48 more than it should have cost me.

Is that fair trade? Or, is that price gouging? Aren't' there laws against price gouging in America?

Bought tickets through this site for Jay Black at NYCB Westbury Music Fair. Tickets never arrived via mail. Called and was told due to Hurricane Sandy tickets would be at box office. Box Office said tickets were sold to someone else and no tickets available. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Contact number goes directly to voicemail. Credit card company launching fraud investigation

I ordered my tickets a few hrs before the show and had my tickets within a hour of purchasing them.The tickets were really cheap and we had really good seats,so i thought it was a scam,but im here to say they are not.

Do not purchase tickets, parking passes or anything from them a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Just buy tickets DO NOT stand by what they sell....If you have any issues with your tickets they quickly pass the buck...then why even bother dealing with them....Never Again!!!!!!

I was not aware of an event's ticket prices. It was not even a hot ticket event. After I had purchased my tickets through Just Buy I found out I paid triple the original price for the last row in the venue and I won't even receive the tickets until possibly the day of the concert which is in another state.
