Booked through double eight tickets,although the tickets didn't arrive until a week before the event,it was well worth the wait.The event was amazing so much going on and well organised too.My only complaint would be that on the ticket it said gates open at 12 midday but in fact it was about 1ish when they finally let us in,and that meant standing around in the midday sun,which was none too pleasant as there was no shade.

There were many food stalls and the toilets were impeccable,clean and plenty of them that at no time did you have to queue,the was plenty of free water too which was much needed and price wise for food it was not expensive.I managed to get near the front so had really good views.It was a fab day thank you 88 tickets,I will certainly book through you again.

I ordered tickets on 28 March through this website for the Kings of Leon. It was the top rated site and I believbed it to be the official Hyde Park Concerts site.

On 19 June I received an email telling me they could not obtain the tickets and that I should try to reclaim my payment via my card issuer.

Avoid this website!!!

i ordered 2x kings of leon tickets from www.hydeparkconcerts.com way back in february, I honestly thought that it was the hyde park website as it it so well done. It comes up as the top site when you google it as well. I had started to find bad reviews of the site after purchasing but, i received a confirmation email and thought i should wait til nearer the time. I tried to email them 3 times and heard nothing. I contacted my credit card company as i should be attending the concert on 30th June and they confirmed that the site is fraudulent and are refunding my £115.00. My question is why is this site still top on google search? I urge anyone to avoid this site and spread the word to prevent anyone else being ripped off.

I have just read the review on Stevie Wonder. I have now been chasing my tickets for the "Kings of Leon" concert (which is in 3 days time) for the last week & have sent numerous emails to which i have had no response. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN CALL (suprise suprise)& yes i agree the web site looks very official & part of Hyde Park.

It is looking like the last review that they will not arrive.

I will change this review if they do arrive.

However, my advice - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

We recently purchased x4 tickets from Hydeparkconcerts.com to see Stevie Wonder on 26.06.10

I would urge everyone to avoid using this website. Close to the date of the concert, we received an email letting us know that they could no longer issue the tickets (they had been let down by their supplier) but also they could not refund the money. Therefore we now have to try and get this back through respective card issuer.

This is a terribly disappointing experience. Not only does this mean that we miss out on the gig altogether but now have to find a way to get our money back.

I wish I had known that this site was not an official site despite appearances. I will certainly be more careful in future about using the more well-known concert ticket brands eg. Ticketmaster.

I just wanted to let as many people know NOT to use HydeParkconcerts.com to buy tickets to any up and coming Hyde Park events.

My friends and I have had a really bad experience with tickets for Stevie Wonder 26 June. An email was sent literally 2 days before the concert saying that the tickets were no longer available AND that they couldn't issue a refund. We were informed to contact our respective card issuers to get a refund.

I hope that this message gets through, please do not use this site to avoid the potential disappointment and frustration of a) not being able to go to the gig and b) sorting out your own refund. Very dodgy indeed!
