I purchased my tickets for my Real Madrid vs Bayern Game on the 12 of April 17 and today I get the email that my order had been canceled, where their online chat agents are Off Duty as stated on thier website while te email was sent at 1:30 pm the same day.

I booked hotel flight and a fortune to see this game for this sad ending just 6 days before te game where the prices had trippled now.

The Ironic part is that the sites name is guarantee tickets.

If I could describe Guarantee Tickets in one word it would be: MAFIA!

I recently purchased 2 tickets for Arsenal - Bayern Munich (Champions League)

We arrived in London and met the "tickets" supplier from Guarantee Tickets one day previous to the game. He gave us 2 magnetic cards with very strange names (obviously not ours) and a document with very sketchy rules we had to follow.

We refused to accept these cards and asked for official printed tickets. The supplier told us that Arsenal games don't have printed tickets and this is the only way to get in.

We had to take the cards. The next day we went to the stadium and 30 minutes previous to the match we tried to get in with our cards. Obviously they didn't work, it was all a sham from Guarantee Tickets.

The nightmare began... We went crazy talking to many people from the staff at the stadium and they all checked our cards. In conclusion: there weren't tickets purchased with these. We ended up speaking to one of the managers there and he realized our cards had very odd names that didn't even fit our look... He kicked us out.

The game already started. We called Guarantee Tickets many times. We spoke to 4 different people spending loads of money in roaming.

We already missed all the opening of the Champions League and 25 minutes of the actual game...

All of a sudden we got a phone call telling us someone outside the stadium has tickets for us. We got back there and a man with a very strange and dodgy look approached quietly to us and very secretly gave us 2 official PRINTED tickets.

We payed 600 euros for this! I strongly suggest you to never ever choose Guarantee Tickets.

I brought my family including 2 young boys all the way from Australia to Barcelona on a family holiday to see El Classico. We had some major issues trying to get through to these guys on the day of the game and immediately thought something was up. Unlike others, we did not get a call or email to advise the tickets were cancelled. We waited and waited and my son's started to get anxious to the point of tears. We asked the online help to find out what was happening and we got nothing other than 'please be sure that we will get the tickets to you as soon as possible - we are Guaranteetickets.com!!'. What crap!! We tried the phone number to basically get hung up after 5mins of being on hold. This was the first real sign it was a scheme because the hold recording was slightly different every time but on 5 occasions the call would hang up on the 5 minute mark. This shows that there is no one there and they don't actually want you to call them. Then you go in circles trying to find out what is going on. End of the day... I had 2 sons in tears who were absolutely devastated and my wife was doing her best to keep it together. I can see I'm not alone and I can see others have been ripped off. Is this is just a freak event to 1 game then it was probably the wrong game to get it wrong based on the amount of money they were charging for tickets. Very shocked and disappointed about this. 12 hours after the game we still have had no contact or email from them.

I was in Madrid for the Classico. Few hours before the match Guarantee tickets found me tickets. I had a pick up with the supplier of Guarantee Tickets, and there was no surprise, Great victory of Madrid and Good memories.
