just putting in a good experience using them, no problems, this was to get some One Direction tickets for my niece and her friends. These were of course sold out... so I wated a few weeks after the first sale date.. of course the price did drop and gruvr reliably sent out alerts several times... we ended up paying a bit more than the original price but no biggie.
