I bought tickets for the Real Madrid v Barcelona game in November 2015 from GoSportsTickets or similar as they have a few names they sell under, plus a few I would like to give them ....

I bought Category 1 Gold from the internet which was next to the best ticket out of probably 6/8 categories and obviously more expensive. The seating plan was clear where the ticket would be situated. I was advised the tickets would be collected at the Hotel the day before the game.

My group of 3 collected their season cards at the Hotel reception and duly went to the game. Unfortunately the seats were 2 Rows from the absolute top of the Stadium in the top tier obviously contravening the contract and type of ticket I paid for the group. The contract stated that should the nominated tickets not be available then other tickets would be provided and a refund would be made after the game.

My group left the cards at the reception as agreed, obviously taking details and taking a photo of the season card before being left.

On their return from Madrid I contacted Go Sports Tickets with my grievance by email and a return email suggested they would deal with the issue and reply.

Several more emails from myself has resulted in nothing and I still wait for a reply.. This company is obviously dishonest and untrusting. I suggest be very wary of foreign internet companies selling football tickets especially the one I have named - although they probably will change their name in due course. Villians !!!

Was nervous of Cyprus based company and wanting copies of credit cards and passport before completing order. But the tickets arrived no problem a week before the Match in Dublin. Surprised at the poor reviews found the communication by phone or e-mail fine. Tickets a bit pricey but that is the way it is. Viagogo are ok got Germany v Scotland tickets no problem as well. Due to the bad reviews would be cautious using them again. Shame!

i paid 1178,28 for fa cup final tickets and they never arrived, and i have requested my money back several times, resulting in empty promises .

do not buy tickets from these people. the money came of my bank card within 5 minites, i have been waiting two weeks and still no refund.

Purchased tickets to the FA Cup final and was promised delivery on many occasions both email and phone only to be told 2 days before the game that if I wanted some tickets I would need to pay double the amount I had already paid as their seller had let them down.

I couldn't afford to pay the additional amount so my tickets must have gone to somebody else who was willing to pay the extra.

I wish I had used another agency that provided the full FA Cup package but initially seemed too expensive. Lesson learnt and a very disappointing outcome. Obviously wouldn't use these people again.

dont ever use these jokers. I flew a client who flew in from Italy for this event. Two weeks before I had paid £1500 for two tickets and these jokers took my money quite easily (actually charging twice to start with) they informed me they could not get the tickets. However for 500 pound more they would get me two tickets!!! As I had someone flying in I agreed to pay. On the eve of the event these clowns emailed to say they could not get the tickets they assured me they had. They cost me a whole weekend of hotels., flights etc.

I ordered ticket for a match 4 month in advance. I never received them. Two days before the match, I've received an email saying my booking was cancelled. I called them, explain that was a mistake. They told me (Jimmy, if I'm right) that I could have it for triple price. I've asked to get ticket as I booked it. They just say, sorry, we can't. And I'm still waiting for the refund ! Run from those robbers !

We waited all day because previous reviewers said they came just before match time but the tickets never came. Don't use them if you want to see a match.

Ordered tickets 3 months before the game (Liverpool vs QPR) and was worried about being scammed. Was reassured as phone was always answered when I queried progress. Got tickets delivered by hand 3 hours before the game (a little close for comfort to be honest) but they were better tickets than I was expecting, upgrade! So, all-in-all a good service if you're prepared to wait until really close to the game to received the goods. I'd use them again and can recommend them to other users.

3rd time buying from these guys, never a problem. Just got an upgrade for last weekends semi final because I am a repeat customer. Probably the best customer service for a ticket agency, phone always answered and emails responded to within 24 hours. Would recommend
