Awful Company Don’t Buy Tickets Of Them They Are D

Awful company don’t buy tickets of them they are dude tickets you won’t gain entry to you me concert. You get laugh at down the phone by them and when they say about their reviews they laugh even more and just hang up. I want my money back, I paid on a credit card and I do have consumer rights. They should be shut down start reporting them to trading standards!!!!

Misleading Website Unprofessional Company

Misleading website led to accidental follow through. Attempts to contact customer service ‘no refunds’ and laughed down the phone. I called them  sham and threatened to report, further laughing at me down the phone.

Avoid!

Wow. It's rare that I've ever experienced such poor customer service. I bought tickets to a concert but they sent me the wrong tickets: different date, different venue, different price to the one I paid.

No problem I thought, they'll just swap the tickets for the correct ones. How wrong I was. They refused to admit to their mistake, then wanted me to buy new tickets before refunding the tickets they sent in error, minus the exorbitant fees they charge of course. I didn't want to buy new tickets in case they messed up again, so I'm left with tickets which are of no use to me.

At least I now know why they charge such high fees, it's so they can employ more people to deal with all the complaints they get.

Problems With Getting A Refund For A Cancelled Event

I am still waiting for my refund for a cancelled event more than 43 days after applying for the refund. Customer never responds to email enquiries about the refund. I would rather not go to an event than buy tickets from this company

Use Other Ticket Providers If Possible

Use other ticket providers if possible. Their T&C’s state that they will not refund you the full price in case the event gets cancelled

Avoid Using Gigantic Tickets.

They keep “their booking fees” if a performer cancels. I lost nearly £30, and a friend lost over £100 when they refused to refund the booking fee. Absolute shambolic joke of a company.

Faultless Customer Service

I bought tickets through Gigantic for a gig just before the pandemic hit back in 2020. Since then the gig has been rescheduled numerous times, and I have had a disaster at home. I had opted for physical tickets - which were sent out many many moons ago. The rescheduled gig is now 4 days away, I'm living away from home (my home is uninhabitable at present) & I realised that I have no clue where the tickets are. They could be in the uninhabitable house, they could be in storage, they could be anywhere... I found my original purchase email and got in touch with Gigantic - they very swiftly resolved the problem with no fuss. A perfect resolution & wonderful customer service. Faultless!

Customer Service Super Speedy And Helpful

I had an issue with my ticket as it had been postponed due to covid and the new date for the event wasn't suitable for me. Customer service responded to me in less than 5 minutes and promptly gave me a refund for the tickets. Quickest customer service I've ever experienced!
