Ldo Not Use!

Take your money, tell you the tickets are on the way, but they never come. Do not use unless you want to throw away your money. It's a shame that web-sites like this exist. I wish people like this would get a a real job instead of stealing other people's money who go out and work hard for it.

Order And Paid For Ticket To An Event, Sent Emails

order and paid for ticket to an event, sent emails as when tickets would arrive to be told "have no conerns, tickets 100% guaranteed". three days before event got email say they had been let down and had no tickets and that i would get a refund that day. That day came and went along with the next couple of days. No reply to email or messages. cried for days.....

I have informed my bank, but they can do little as i paid by bank transfer.

They advised that I report this to the POLICE and ANTI FRAUD TEAM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO LOOSE YOU MONEY.

NOT MY REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THEM.

Sorry to hear your in the same boat.

Police little help. Bank cannot do anything as I paid by bank transfer.

I have been in contact with a debt collection agency, and they have sent them a 7 day to pay letter, with no reply. The next step is to send a county court summons and has I am claiming over £1000 (tickets plus lost travel fees) its worth taking a chance to just get something back. I find it very odd that there is very little reviews about this company, surely we are not the only ones thats been affected.

Exactly the same happened to myself! An absolute joke of a website. I bought these tickets for my boyfriend as a surprise birthday, 2 tickets for the Manchester Utd V Chelsea match on the 26/08/2013, paid £260.

The same happened to me, they sent e-mails saying that they had been let down by their supplier etc.

The stage I am at at the moment, is that I've contacted my bank to see what they can do. Reading your review, i think that i'll have no luck through that way. It looks like i'll have to report this to the police.

Can i ask what stage you're at and whether you have had any luck getting your money back? or even some of the amount.?

Thanks
