I bought tickets for Chelsea-Newcastle 8th of Feb, got told tickets would arrive 3-5 days before, they failed to turn up and money was taken out my bank they refused to refund my money DO NOT USE!!!!

Ordered tickets for Arsenal v Chelsea way back in September 2013. Match was due to be played on Saturday 21st December but due to TV requirements the match was moved to Monday 23rd December 2013. Tickets have not turned up, money ewas taken from my bank though. I have now tried twice to contact the company but they have failed to reply. My advise, steer well clear of this outfit.

booked tickets online and requested hotel delivery in London. Tickets delivered to hotel the day before the match by courier. We had a great time and will use again

We ordered our tickets months and months ago, before reading the reviews. After reading the reviews we were SO nervous we were going to get scammed! We could not return our purchase even though the tickets had not been sent to us. My advice is KEEP CHASING them up. We got our tickets the day before the game. So it is very last min, however, to be fair the tickets DID come and they were fine and everyone had a good day.

We wouldnt use this site again simply because of the other reviews, they made us nervous although we had no problems once tickets finally came :) They say they have 'security' checks to make sure the tickets are reall but tickets get sent straight from the seller so not sure how this happens...

After scrawling through many online sites for tickets for Manchester United v Real Madrid i came across footballseatfinder.com - when contacting them they helped me find the exact sort of tickets i was after. As i was coming down from Scotland to watch the match they arranged for my tickets to be delivered to my hotel in Manchester and all I had to do was show up... Pretty easy!

I purchased arsenal tickets from footballseatfinder.com for arsenal v Blackburn at the emirates this past weekend. Despite the result (arsenal fan) I was really pleased with the tickets and day at arsenal.

The tickets I bought were reasonably priced in the arsenal section behind the goal. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the tickets arrived to find out that I had been upgraded at no extra cost and received club level tickets which included complimentary drinks at half time and a match programme. With these tickets I was also treated to a free arsenal museum and stadium tour.

The buying process was pretty straightforward I selected the tickets and entered my details and immediately received confirmation. I was able to contact footballseatfinder via telephone however this number was only available during office hours. They assisted me with all my queries and kept me up to date with the dispatch of my tickets, as soon as my tickets were sent they emailed me the tracking details. Overall, really classy customer service.

I bought tickets for me and my cousin 2 months before the Chelsea v Manchester United match on footballseatfinder.com i am a man united fan so it is very hard to get hold of tickets for this match and was SO pleased when the tickets arrived 4 days before the game by special delivery as they promised me. Overall, great experience and best match ive been to 3-2 UNITED at stamford bridge!!!
