I am not that guy but after i went onto there web site i purchesed my tickets and when i accept all the terms @ check out and paid i notice that my seats where "LIMITED VIEW SEATS", no where throught the check out point did it say or warn me i was getting crappy seats, so after i spent $230 for 2 tickets and noticing this "LIMITED VIEW SEATS" i called within 2o minutes to exchange or even spend more to get seats that were not "LIMITED VIEW SEATS" they told me to pound sand and there was nothing they could and suggested maybe I can sale them to somoeone else on my own time blah blah blah.. I will never deal with them again and thank you for listen to this rant.. anyone need frozen on ice tickets @ dirt cheap price contact me

I paid £180 for a V festival ticket once all the official ones had sold out.....the Excite Ticket website has now disappeared, the phone lines don;t work....and I have no tickets :( They are only getting one star as it is not possibly to give none!
