Massive Collective Incompetence
Poor selection & large markup from face value. Simply redeeming a voucher & booking two tickets required 5 phones calls & 2 emails, 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. No methods for internal communication, customer reference numbers weren't linked to anything, no one knew what they were doing. Offers nothing special or unique, other than an exercise in insanity.
Avoid
1) Tickets are expensive
2) Had to call them four times and write 5 emails
3) Unfriendly service

Have ordered about forty tickets for various shows over the last three or four years. Have never had any problems with Discounttheatre.com. Like that you can see where you are going to be sitting and they have seats in several areas of each theatre. Confirmations are sent to email within seconds and have always picked up tickets at the box office as I am now living abroad. Will continue to use Discount Theatre each time I return to London and have also ordered tickets for family members on a couple of occasions. Have also recommended site to family and friends both in UK and USA. Thanks.

I Ordered Two Tickets For Love Never Dies From Thi
I ordered two tickets for Love Never Dies from this company about 3 weeks ago. The tickets have not yet arrived and all I have received are emails saying blaming postage and saying that there will be copies of the tickets waiting at the Box Office. I will be checking this out on the day of the performance, but if they are not there then this will be a matter of fraud and theft as I have already paid in full.

I am so sorry that you did not recieve your tickets in the post. We dispatch thousands of tickets everyday and from time to time, tickets do go missing. Since we cannot reprint tickets, especially if a set has gone missing in the post, it is procedure to duplicate a set at the theatre box office and advise patrons to bring the confirmation email to the theatre half an hour before the show starts.
Discount Theatre is a member of is a member of S-T-A-R (Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers); a self regulatory body that operates within specific guidelines supported by The Society Of London Theatre. I can assure you that we do not operate under fraudulent circumstances, and that if you have been advised to collect your tickets on the night, you will certainly be able to do that.

Bought tickets for Mrs Warren's Profession, availability was limited as it was the last couple of days of the show but www.discounttheatre.com had better availability and better prices than other online sites. A major benefit is you can select specific seats. Postage and admin charges for 2 tickets was only £1.50. Tickets arrived in 2 days from ordering. Good email confirmations. Thoroughly reliable booking service, would definitely recommend.
