I ordered two $90 show tickets online. Not until after the charge was authorized by my credit card company and the sale was consummated did they notify me that a $36.63 fee for service and handling had been added to the cost of each ticket. At this point I had no option to back out of the sale. I had to call and ask for a refund. I was told the full amount would be refunded to my credit card account but it could take up to 10 days. Today is only Day 1.
