Be very careful when booking tickets for a show as you can think you are using the official theatre website but in fact are going through an agency, like this one (note the use of the "official theatre" in the title...on the website). This cost me dearly. The tickets cost over £20 more per ticket by using this website rather than the theatre's website.

Note also that when you purchase tickets you are not told the face value of the tickets you are purchasing.

Not sure why anyone would knowingly use this agency except where tickets are no longer available from the theatre directly.

Cheapest tickets I could find with good seats, no booking fee or credit card charge. Would not hesitate to book with Best of Theatre again

Everything very easy to book, and very good seats for Top Hat very reasonable.

I bought a ticket to a Daniel Radcliffe play. It was easy to navigate and do the booking online which I did as there were apparently only a very few seats left for the matinee performance. However when I got to the theatre I found there were many more seats available than were shown online. It appears that The website appeared to be creating artificial demand and given what I saw in the theatre I felt misled by the website. The commission was expensive - a third of the ticket price. Had the website been honest I would not have minded the commission fee so much, but as this was no so this took the shine off my theatre experience.

On impulse, I decided to see if I could get tickets at the last minute for "We will rock you" at the Dominion. They were available on your website when other sites could not offer them. I was able to pick tickets up at the venue without any hassle. It was a great show!

Wow that was soo easy, although a little nervous using a site that I had not used before, and booking tickets at such a fantastic price, I need not have worried,the process was so easy and we have brilliant seats.

I have booked for my daughters 18th and 7 of her friends to have a day in London, and a show, couldn't be better! Hopefully the tickets will arrive by Friday.

Checked website for availability of dates and prices, then phoned box office to check discounts available in case I had missed anything. Lady I spoke to made me feel like an idiot for even checking and was very clipped and rude.

I am completely aware how popular the musical Les Miserables is, having already seen it more than 10 times over the last 20 years! The attitude of this particular member of staff was almost "why are you even phoning? Just book what you see on the website!"

This was not the experience I had a couple of years ago when I phoned as got the best deal ever for Jersey Boys and better tickets WERE avaialable when I phoned and it was great service, the guy who served me was fantastic and could not do enough. His attitude was also polite and personable, which is why I phoned again.

Would not bother next time, thought I would get good personal service over the phone as before. DON'T BOTHER!

Having said that I got good tickets online for the date I wanted and am happy with them. Think the £18.50 booking fee is a bit steep though :/
