I bought football tickets from them - the ones they sent were in the wrong part of the ground, but when i complained they got onto it very quickly and sorted it out - they seem efficient and decent to deal with - that's unusual in this business!

I ordered 2 tickets from this website. I received the tickets on time and also I have been informed when I will get the tickets.

I received exactly what I ordered and never had any problem so I definitely recomend this website. Customer service is great.

I will buy again from Atstickets.

APPALLING service - avoid at all costs if you are relying on actually getting the tickets you pay for.

Received confirmation of tickets secured and payment processed. Receive an email 3 days later basically saying 'Ooops, sorry, these aren't available any more' and turns out they sold them twice at the same time. Apparently its a technical problem they've been repeatedly having and there's nothing they can do. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Waiting to see if the funds actually do make it back into our account...

Absolutely fuming. One star awarded because I had to give them something in order to write the review, but don't think they even deserve that!

It was my first time using this website but everything turned out well. Ticket was genuine and arrived in good time before the event which was only three and a half days away. I was more than satisfied with the service on this occasion. Thanks also to the seller.

I was looking for 2 football tickets, I found what I wanted and chatted online to confirm what I would be getting. I paid in full, had confirmation of order only to receive a phone call to state the tickets were advertised incorrectly and I could not have them.

When I mentioned reporting them to trading standards for falsely advertising I was verbally abused on the phone.

I did get a full refund because they would not honor the ticket sale but I would advise anyone using there site to take caution.

I’ve bought tickets on Atstickets a few times and I have never had any problems. My tickets have always arrived on time and I’m EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the service. I would recommend to a friend and I will be using again. Thanks Guys!!
