Paid over the odds for tickets from Ace Tickets and they did not arrive.
Ace telephone number now belongs to some poor chap who is unindated with other ripped off people calling to chase their tickets.

Ace Tickets Took The Money Of Me And Never Send Me
Ace Tickets took the money of me and never send me tickets ! was a disappointment ..it was for the U2 360 tour ..270 pound they took from me and never sent me a confirmation e mail nor a phonecall and i tried to get hold of them ..they don't hold the same contact number anymore!funny that!
I paid 200 pounds for Take That tickets which never arrived. Fortunately I was covered under section 75 on my credit card and got my money back. I am gobsmacked that these rogues are still operating!!

Can Someone Please Help, Me And 3 Friends Purchase
Can someone please help, me and 3 friends purchased V festival tickets from ace tickets.co.uk back in March. The tickets havnt arrived yet which we are not to worried about as the tickets can arrive up to a week before and the event is in just under 2 weeks but we have had rumours such as that have been shut down by the police for fraudulance, there is no answer on the phone number provided, no reply to emails i have sent, absolutely no communication! We really need some information as to whether these guys are ligit so we know whether to buy more tickets and try and get our money back through the police? any advice or other stories would be appreciatted!!

a similar thing happened to me last year at V festival.
i cant believe they are still being allowed to sell tickets!
i had my ticket from ticket master, but my friend got hers from acetickets. she looked the company up as you did and found lots of complaints, so brought one off of Ebay because she wanted to make sure she could go. luckily that ticket arrived, but the aceticket one didn't. we didn't tell acetickets we had a ticket from somewhere else as they wouldn't ever answer the phone. so on the day we kept getting a phone call telling us a man would meet us by the gate with the ticket as their has been a delay in sending out the tickets. curious to see if he turned up we went when they said to the gate, but he was not there! as brought on a credit card she got the money back, but it's hrrible to think if we'd not got a ticket from ebay we might have actually turned up with bags and all, and waited all day for an imaginary man and imaginary ticket!!

You should be worried, please see my previous reviews as to what happened with take that tickets. We like you tried to contact them prior to the event with no success, my friend received a phone call the day before the concert to ask if we still wanted the tickets. Of course we said yes and they arrive by special delivery on the morning of the concert!1 Howeever we paid for seating and got standing, tried to contact them to complain, no joy.
You need to put a claim in through your credit card company if they dont arrive for non receipt of goods. Is there website still down? The agency that they are supposed to be affliated with ASTA is a load of rubbish too, they dont return calls or answer emails.
I hope your tickets arrive but it may be last minute like us, -never use again.

I Have Already Posted One Review About Ace Tickets
I have already posted one review about Ace Tickets when we thought the tickets would not arrive. I can report that the tickets did arrive on the day of the concert by special delivery!! Talk about cutting it fine. However because we paid for reserved seating and surprise surprise the tickets were general admission standing. We have tried to contact the company to complain but again no reply.
I also was offered standing tickets which I refused, they said I could have a refund and sent me a cheque which I banked last week and hey guess what .........it bounced

My Wife Paid £210 For 2 Seat Tickets By Cred
My wife paid £210 for 2 seat tickets by credit card from Ace Tickets for the Take That concert 27th June 2009 at Mancheser They dont answer emails..dont answer the phone now their websites gone down. ..now its a case of trying to get money back and securing more tickets so I don't ave a very dissapointed daughter.

I Ordered 2 Tickets Last October For Take That A
I ordered 2 tickets last October for Take That at Old Trafford 27th June at a cost of 210 pounds. I have not received these tickets and it is now 1 week to the concert. I can't get any reply on the phone or to my emails. I have since discovered that they are Rogue Traders and have been shut down by the police - yet their website is still offering tickets for concerts !
I have contacted my credit card company in the hope of getting my money back and am bitterly disappointed that i won't be able to see Take that . If you have bought tickets then I don't think you will get them

We received a call from aceticket lunchtime today to say their system had been down and that the tickets would be sent special delivery to arrive tomorrow - the day of the concert. I m still dubious but will update after tomorrow. Not a good way to run a company at all!!!

There might be some good news, my boyfriend has just had a message on his mobile saying Ace Tickets system has been down and we will be getting our tickets... will keep you posted. I dont have the number at the moment - FINGERS CROSSED
I booked tickets for the Take That concert (28th June) through Ace Ticket and have still not received them. I paid by debit card and thought that I would not be able to recover my money but have recently found out that if you pay by Visa debit card there is some protection. There is a scheme called Visa Debit Chargeback and any bank that issues a visa debit card has to comply with this scheme. You can claim money back if the goods or services are not delivered. There is no limit on how much you can claim but you need to make the claim within 120 days of the date you expected to receive the goods. Although I am bitterly disappointed about seeing Take That, I know that I will (hopefully) get my money back. Good luck to all of you trying to claim your money back.
Hi there. We have rang the credit card company as lucikly paid with card so covered under consumer credit act. They have said that we need to show all correspondence to Ace and even try contacting them after the event when the tickets dont arrive to proove we have tried. We should get the money back.
I cant beleive this has happended, we bought two hotel rooms too and have lost the money for these.

I purchased 6 tickets for the Take That concert in Manchester on 27th June from ace tickets and am getting extremely concerned as to whether they will arrive. I have tried on numerous occasions to telephone them and there is no reply. After reading the reviews on here it makes me even more nervous. Has anyone received any take that tickets from them? The saving grace is we used a credit card so should be able to get the money back but doesnt help going to the concert.

No reply on phone after 15 calls to ace tickets, no reply from email sent, concert nxt week and no bloody tickets, i would describe them as theives, paid in full but nothing to show.

Got My 2 Children And Myself Tickets For Christmas
Got my 2 children and myself tickets for Christmas present. Paid for them in Nov 08 £309 for three tickets and have yet to receive them. Appalling telephone/email contact. Ace Tickets claim to be part of ASTA which is a regulatory body, biggest waste of space ever still waiting for them to contact me everyone in a meeting (3 days). Have been promised a refund by cheque don't think I will get it.
Have you heard any more about the tickets, looks bad from I have seen.

I Ordered Some Take That Tickets Recently But Have
I ordered some Take That tickets recently but have had no communication other than the initial email which said that a further email would be sent to confirm order when payment was received. The payment has gone through my account and I have emailed them 3 times to ask them to confirm the purchase but have not had a courtesy of a reply to any of these emails. I have telephoned them several times but there is no answer and no answermachine. I am now extremely concerned that I am not going to get the tickets, which I paid a considerable amount for. Based on this experience I would not recommend them. If the tickets arrive I will update you!
