Ordered tickets for Simply Red's final concert ever. Four days before the concert I was informed my tickets were actually for the penultimate day. Still charged the same price although the tickets for the previous day had been half the price than that of the final day.

I was never able to speak to a manager at Access Tickets - every time I requested to do so I was informed he was on holiday. In fairness though, a gentleman called Ali appeared to do his best to assist me (unfortunately to no avail).

I have only given them a one star rating because it was not possible to give zero

A friend recently recommended Access Tickets to me and so far, I have been really pleased with them and now use regulary for my boss/company aswell. Its saves all that messing about on the internet sites and they always get great seats!

This company was great, tickets were excellent and exactly what I was told over the telephone - would definitely use this company again.
