Cannot recommend Your Online Optician enough. Have just received my D&G glasses at less than half the price on the high street. I was cautious about ordering prescription glasses online, but after reading reviews and comparing other online sites, I know I made the right decision. Customer service excellent from start to finish and delivery bang on time. Cannot think of anything negative to say. Will definitely use them again!

Wow I got my Versace Glasses for over half the price of Vision Express and cant tell you how pleased I am with my Purchase will definately be using this service again.

I have just bought a new pair of glasses from Your Online Optician. Overall, very pleased with both the service and the product. Staff responded promptly to all my queries and notes in the "special requests" sections (I had many!) and even went to the extra effort of hunting down my size of glasses after initially telling me that it had run out of stock.

I have no real way of checking the quality of the lenses, so for all I know they are not made by a "designer" or more recognised lens manufacturer, but who cares when there is absolutely no noticeable difference. They have all the same features as lenses from any shopping centre optician: scratch-resistant coating, anti-reflective coating, ultraviolet protection etc, and they do not appear any tackier or cheaper, despite the much cheaper price.

Delivery was also just as promised; they arrived within about 10 days of the order being made (from the UK to Spain) and were packaged and named appropriately.

My advice: This website may not stock absolutely every style of glasses by the brands whose glasses they supply, however, if you are thinking about buying glasses and have a particular style in mind, make SURE you have a look on this website to see if they have them. Chances are they'll be a lot cheaper and will be exactly the same as the ones you have been eyeing off, if they are of the same style. You can even try them on in a local optician's store and then buy them online to make sure you know exactly what you're getting.

I am very happy of this purchase, the quality and the services are very good. Will definatly come back later for any glasses purchase.

Purchased sum glasses from Youronline optician and must say the frames themselves were much cheaper than in all the stores i had visited. To have the thinner lenses put in which was preferable to my prescription and that was cheaper than in store too. I receieved them in reasonable time and am very pleased with my specs. I would say the one downside to making this order was the pricey postage and packaging which i think could be cheaper considering i spent quite a bit of money on the glasses themselves. All in all a good online store.

F.A.B! I looked on line & when i needed help in sorting the prescription lens they replied very quick with the correct help. They delivered just within the promised time & the glasses are excellent.

A very good online outlet. Ordered frames only, which arrived in a case and in great condition. Very helpful customer support, althought a little difficult as you can't actually speak to anyone directly.

excellent - quoted £250 by vis ex for my D&G glasses - puchased for £90 incl lenses with anti glare and non-scratch - cld not believe it and service was great !! too good to be true but is very good!!!
