I ordered two pairs of glasses from VisionQuick on a Sunday evening and the money was taken from my account first thing on the Monday morning. I then didn't hear from the company for a while. The website has a tracking service and my order displayed as 'in manufacture' as opposed to 'awaiting stock' so I assumed that I would receive my order fairly quickly. However, my order got stuck in manufacture for a couple of weeks and any form of communication with the company is extremely difficult. They rarely answer the telephone or respond to e-mail. Persistence is the key. I did receive both pairs of glasses eventually and both pairs were as ordered. They were much cheaper than the same glasses in stores such as Boots and Vision Express so for me, worth a bit of hassle. I would definitely use them again.

Same as previous review. Money taken out VERY quickly and have not had a response from them after contacting them via phone, e-mail and their web-form. Still no glasses.

Visionquick is an efficient, prompt and extremely helpful company. I cannot rate them highly enough. My complicated order was dispatched very promptly and was exactly what I needed (thanks to a innovative suggestion from one of their opticians). I now have designer driving glasses at a rock bottom price.
