I ordered an Oakley glasses frame which I couldn't find anywhere else to replace a damaged pair. They were shown as "in stock" and three day delivery. The money was taken via Paypal. Nothing arrived. The stock on the website now showed "out of stock". I tried about 10 times to call their published number over a two week period. It goes straight to voicemail, and prevents you from leaving a message because it's full. I also wrote two emails, which were not responded to or even acknowledged. After a month I raised a case with PayPal. Within minutes the website cancelled my order but no money was returned. The stock situation now returned to "in stock". It took another month for PayPal to recover my money. To say that this is a dodgy operation is an understatement.

Placed an order for a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses and like other reviewers, the money was taken straight away.

10 days later and no sign of my order. Emailed 3 times without response, and phoned countless times but the number goes straight to voicemail which is full so you are unable to leave a message.

I finally received an email stating my order had been cancelled (no explanation) but still no sign of my refund.

I am now trying to see if I can get my money back through my credit card company

If I can't, this is going to be an expensive lesson.

Do your research, read reviews, don't get caught out like I have and most importantly DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Would have given zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option

Ordered a pair of Rayban prescription glasses from this company and they took the payment straight away. It took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls and emails before I managed to speak to someone who said they would send the item out later that week. I received the glasses but the presciption was wrong ( my fault not theirs). Managed to speak to someone after many many phonecalls and voicemails (left by me to them).

Sent the glasses back and agreed to pay for new lenses and never heard from them again, despite many, many phonecalls from myself to a number that only seems to have a voicemail. I have contacted my bank to do a Chargeback as i think that they are obviously going bust as no reputable company would behave like this.

Avoid like the plague!!!

If you're thinking of us in this company, just try to ring them or email them to see what how good their customer communication is.

I ordered some Oakley lenses, the money went out immediately. I waited weeks and heard nothing. Then rang them over and over, which goes immediately to voicemail which they don't reply to. Likewise emailing them.

Eventually after 3 weeks of nothing I put in a case with PayPal and bizarrely within seconds I got an email from them saying the order was cancelled. Just got a refund now.

Maybe I just had a bad experience, maybe they're completely disreputable ?

Anyway be warned.

Incidently, priced the lenses back on the Oakley website and they were now cheaper. Gone with someone trustworthy

Order some prescription oakley lenses, after 3 weeks had heard nothing so emailed twice but got no reply, called them and they said they would get back to me and they never did, when i raised a case via paypal the cancelled the order with no explanation. Avoid.

So pleased with my purchase - replacement frame for one discontinued. Don't be put off by so few reviews & a not recently updated Facebook page, this company has been great stocking what I wanted & speedy delivery. The price was excellent value too.

Ordered a jai kudo frame identical to the one I had just stepped on, it only took a few days to get it (outside of the UK) and I was fully satisfied with the order and its price ;). Great to know some sellers keep the previous collections in store.

Have been searching for Ray Ban Meteors everywhere; this site is by far the cheapest and due to previous good reviews, decided to chance it.

Best decision ever! Communication was ideal, and sunglasses arrived less than 48 hours after ordering, at Easter weekend where post can be disrupted. Beyond impressed, will be recommending to all and sundry!

Ordered some raybans yesterday at 11 am as found them in stock and much cheaper on this site and they were promised next day, post man just arrived and sure enough they were delivered, awesome looking shades and rapid delivery, was set to wait upto 10 days from another site. what more can you ask for from an online seller, girlfriend is lookin for a pair tomorrow in town and when she finds some were coming straight home to order off this site!

I ordered my RayBan Clubmasters at 4pm, they were delivered by 10 am the next morning. I was unsure if the size was going to be correct and when contacted via email they were very friendly with a quick response.

I was also dubious about the authenticity as the price was so low but they are genuine RayBans that come in an attractive case with dust cloth and certificates. A beautiful pair of glasses which I am very happy with.

I would recommend this seller to my friends as were all currently looking for summer shades!
