I just receive this glasses but the item are fake and not a real brand, they fake advertise as a real TOM FORD. I have the exact same of each and there is major different in quality of this product. this is knok out of the real tom ford with a very bad quality. this is total mis advertisement.

I live in England and saw a pair of sunglasses in John Lewis, from the moment I saw them and tried them on, I had to have them, however in John Lewis they were very expensive. I decided to search the Internet and came across sunglasses Italy, I checked to see if the website was legitimate and read reviews, the reviews varied considerably but decided to chance it as the price of the glasses were much cheaper than anywhere else and afterall I was paying by credit card via PayPal, so no financial details were being shared, after I ordered I received an automated response saying I would be advised when my sunglasses will be collected by a courier. It went quiet for about four days and was starting to feel apprehensive (although I already did) I received an email the next day saying my sunglasses were due to be collected either that day or the next and they will notify me, within a few hours I received an email saying the sunglasses had been collected by FedEx and the email had a tracking number, this email directed me to the tracking of my sunglasses, I received my sunglasses the next day and they are perfect, I am one very happy customer.

I ordered 44 days ago a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses which they told me that is not on stock so I can cancell the order or wait for one month. Than I explained than in order of 4 weeks it is too long and would cancell than they wrote that it is ordered and will be shipped in 20 days. Now it is exactly 30 days and no sunglasses at all. I will inform the marcolin group and the safilo group and the luxottica which all the brands which they named are produced there (manufacturer). Thoes anybody has a new recent email adress from them. I try to call and get my money back. Such an idiots, does anybody know how to close their web site?

I was sent the wrong color glasses. When I contacted them, they were defensive and non-apologetic. They informed me the color I had ordered was sold out.

I have been emailing them for A WEEK trying to get them to send me the return shipping label, but they have only sent me custom forms.

I have received an invoice from FedEx to pay $29 for customs on the glasses and I've never had to do this before. They are unresponsive about refunding.

I've had to escalate this to paypal.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, terrible service.

Unfair bussines

Just to inform people who visit this site in Facebook, that the company sunglasesitaly.com are the very unfair and not serious company at all. I have bought Police sunglasses with value 108 euro, and payed sunglasses on 20 th of August from this company, and did not received nothing from them. They also do not answer to my e-mail and phone calls, they just hang up the phone. They are non responsible and i have read the some reviews that many people have same problem as me. So please be careful and stay away from this web site. They are a big liars and rogue - fraudulent

I made an order from sunglasseitaly.com.They made me wait five weeks without any email.When I contacted them they answered me a very questionable answer.Then I cancelled my order.They didn't answer me either,but they charged my credit card with the amount without my authorization.Since then I contacted them to ask about it,and they said that my cancellation was accepted.And said that the amount has been transferred back to my account it only needs time to arrive.It was a lie,no money has arrived and I got a notification that my item is on it's way.Even if I stated that after such behaviour I will not accept it,they said too late.After five weeks,after charging my credit card despite my cancellation.,I will not accept it,and I will do the necessary steps that such business should not go.I'd like to talk to sunglassesitaly.com's owner to show the whole correspondence and ask him I he'dlike to be treated this way as a customer.Thank You.
