I had a pair of specks sent to Corfu about a year ago, perfect spec. and fit.

I can not fault the glasses or service and would use them again. I see the other poor reviews but state my experience with this company

I bought a pair of glasses on line Oct 10 and was pleased with them, but Jan 2011, they inexplicably broke in half. I returned them for repair / replacement on 7th Jan by recorded delivery. Despite numerous phone calls (never answered) emails and letters, absolutly no response. They have obviously gone bust (like my glasses!) I paid by debit card, so no refund there. If I could get them back to be repaired elsewhere, that wouldnt be so bad, but by the nil respones I've had, that isn't going to happen!

Should have gone to Glasses Direct!. - Never had a problem with them!

I am another upset customer.

I ordered sunglasses in January, paid and no item, no email, no phone call possible, nothing! I reported them to barclaycard credit card company and they are investigating and I hope to get my money back! Do not buy anything from them!!! SCAM!

Impossible to get delivery info or make any meaningful contact. These people need to be put out of business. Do NOT be tempted by delivery promises. In the long run you would be better ordering from Hong Kong suppliers and waiting a few weeks.

There is nothing good to say about them.

I wish somebody would pull this web site down, its a complete SCAM. I am contacting the police to ask they investigate who is behind this fraud.

I'm hoping to change this to a positive review but payment was taken on 22nd Jan and nothing yet. Wrote an email today and tried calling twice but it goes to voicemail.

Will keep trying but I'd be very wary, starting to think the bottom 2 reviews might be there just to entice people.

Ordered spces 10th Jan after saving for them from Christmas. Still not arrived and it is now 31st Jan. Repeated phonecalls ignored, repeated emails ignored. Reported them to MHRA for fraudulent claim of regulation and registration, report them to ebay and they have changed their name to Optics_uk! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - this is a rip off non existent company who steal your money without scruples. Nasty people.

Same as previous 2 reviews, money taken pretty much immediatley, no goods nearly 3 weeks later. Countless phonecalls, answer machine messages and emails later still no contact from them. Will be reporting for fraud when i find the appropriate channel to do so. Do not trust their website!!!

Ordered glasses 8th Jan. Not delivered. Tried ringing and leaving messages. Again as below no reply. AVOID this company at all cost, if they are if fact an actual company and not a big fat SCAM!!!. What a waste of 40 quid.
