20/03/2015 I bought glasses at smartbuyglasses.com with Order ID: US023540xxx6G smartbuyglasses shipping very good but when I received, the quality of products I’ve bought not satisfy then I sent email for them but have not seen a reply! Why??????

I placed my initial order on 12 Oct 2014 and after a few apologetic emails they said that they could not guarantee that they can fulfill my order and strongly advised me to change my order. After they assured me that they can fulfill the new order, I changed my order for another model that costs an extra $55. A few days afterwards, they send me an email requesting me to settle the outstanding amount failing which they might return the item to their supplier. I emailed them asking them to confirm that they have received my item and they said that the item should reach them on 12 December 2014 but not to worry as they have prioritize my order. They did not ask for payment. They then informed me that item has been further delayed by another 5-9 days. I kept pushing for information and they said that item has been ordered because of the outstanding amount.

Since am not willing to exposed another $55, I asked them to change my order back to the original order. I am now expecting delivery by the first week of February 2015 but my gut level feeling tell me that they will not be able to deliver goods as it is a 2014 model that would have gone out of production.

They are at best totally UNPROFESSIONAL with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...and at worst LIARS or COUNTERFEITERS.

Whatever people do, be SMART and do your homework before buying online and do not ignore all the bad reviews that they get
