We have many birds in our garden as we are semi rural and they seem to look for food and don't find any. Instead of my coffee on the way to work I put the money away and get RSPB Buggy Coconut Shell Treats each week in a pack of twenty.

They love them, and my children love to watch so many birds. The best part which we love to see is the parents feeding their little ones, they sit there with their beak open ready. The only downside is the noise they make as there are so many, and I worry about the neighbours, I just make sure I put them out after midday, and also I like them to look for food first, this is a backup. It used to be only in winter, but RSPB say now food is scarcer for them and it's good to put supplemental food out.

I do also put out bird seed and water but they all flock to the coconut shells. I hang them in the trees, although I had to move them away from the trampoline as I was forever cleaning it.

Ordered item on the 9th Dec received confirmation email then received email on the 12th with a track and trace number saying the item had been posted. Waited well over a week an nothing had arrived (they say it should take 2 to 3 working days) so checked the track and trace number sent... no record of any parcel. Phoned them on the 21st Dec and was on hold ages before actually being able to speak to somebody who then confirmed that they had no record of them actually posting the item.

Very annoyed they then said they would post the item for next day delivery. Received a new confirmation email but didn't receive a new email confirming they had posted it. The item never arrived and now it seems impossible to get through to them on the phone and they do not seem to reply to email!

This is not the customer services you would expect and expecially from a charity!!!! My advice it to avoid using the RSPB Online Shop if you actually want to receive what you paid for!!!
