I randomly came across the Pimpindeals site and was able to get a great deal on a pair of lenses. They arrived in a timely fashion and I haven't had any issues with this business.

would certainly not recommend www.pimpindeals.com. I have had to chase order, when finally arrived only 1 of 2 items paid for arrived. No reply to emails or phone calls as of yet.

This is the first time I've used their site. And i ordered some contact lenses for my sisters wedding which has now gone. I have been waiting so far 15 days for my package. I have tried emailing many times and they keep getting sent back saying 'no address' and i have written to them too and have heard nothing yet. They have debited my £17.70 which i paid for them. I've always brought things online but wont be doing so from now on.

As every other review has stated, they WON'T deliver within their advertised schedule. They will NOT answer any phone calls or emails you send. Basically, they are probably a small company gone bust but they knowingly left the website running to con people out of their money.I ordered some lenses and specified the need for the lenses to be delivered within 1 - 3 days as their site so proudly claims. I still haven't received the order nor have I received any reponse to my correspondence to ask them to cancel the other as the event for which I required the lense is today!THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR IGNORING CUSTOMER CORRESPONDENCE, NONE WHATSOEVER! (pimpindeals makes you want to develop a vetting routine before you place an order online such as calling the listed numbers to see if anybody answers the call, sending an email requesting further information and checking sites like this.)

I have to retract my previous review. As stated, 7 days went by, and I got nervous. An hour after posting this review my contacts came in the mail.

I no longer regret ordering from this website.

It sucks they dont respond to emails or pick up the phone. But I got my contacts at a low price and they came in exactly 5 business days.

I am having the same problem. No response. It's making me very uneasy. If they don't show up, I'll have to come up with entirely different costume. They have taken the money, but haven't sent any confirmation that they've shipped. Today is Day 11.

I will not use Pimpindeals Crazy Contact Lenses again, as there is nothing worse than feeling you have made a mistake by parting with your money, and their lack of response to simple requests is unprofessional. I would rather pay a little extra and have peace of mind.

I thought that I was getting scammed by Pimpindeals because of the zero response to my questions about the dispatch date. However, the lenses turned up after a week, so it was all fine.

Great contacts without a prescription.

My contact lens order came on time, but now that I want more, the Pimpindeals site doesn't exist :(

I tried to contact Pimpindeals Crazy Contact Lenses, but I got no answer. My Credit Card was charged through an agent, who was not helpful in trying to contact Pimpindeals.
