I ordered bi-focals on March 3rd and the process was very straightforward online including payment. However, after 10 days nothing had been delivered so I emailed. After three emails I got a response that it would take a few more days. it's now the 27th and still nothing. Am quite worried about whether I will receive my order.

Just ordered a pair of D&G....wow what a service, not sure what the other reviews are like but i have been buying glasses from PerfectSpecs for 2 years now, good quality, great service and excellent value........trust me, you cant go wrong!!

Original order from Perfect Specs arrived quickly, frame arrived damaged, advised they couldnt get a replacement so i was offered a refund. I feel I was misled by one of their managers who stated the refund was being processed and after several phone calls and months of waiting my credit card company had to reverse the transaction.

might be better if they had images of people wearing the glasses

I have brought glasses from optical express, and boots I have not been happy with them I took the chance to purchase a pair of miss sixty specs, having had 2 bad experience with the high street stores so I was not expecting much, I am so pleased with my specs, I will be buying another pair after writing this, I only paid 81.00 pounds for a pair of designer glasses. Well done perfect specs.
