Several years ago, I placed an order with them and never received it. It took a long time for me to receive my refund, and they kept telling me to check my mailbox, which I did, but it didn't come. Due to their competitive and affordable pricing, I decided to give them another chance, but within two days, they canceled my order. Having emailed customer service three times and not hearing back, I decided to use Facebook to write to them. Got a reply with "We cancelled and refunded your order because we will not process it. please purchase your lenses somewhere else." Good luck with your buisness.

I was sent Apocalypse Sclera lenses by Optyk Rozmus and I really loved how they looked in my eyes. I have worn them only couple times but they are super comfortable and I haven't got anything negative to say about the lenses, or the company :)

I ordered lenses from Optyk Rozmus multiple times now and they are always fantastic! Good customer service/email contact, help with choosing lenses and super fast shipping every time. It's great for a costume maker like me because sometimes we have only little time to finish our costumes so the fast shipping comes in handy! Other lens retailers often take multiple weeks to arrive.

Each time I ordered the lenses they were comforable to wear as well, except for the big sclera lenses, they take some time of getting used to, so for your own health and safety one should always build up wear time. The result is amazing though!

So I'm really happy with the store and recommend it to my friends as well!

I've tried out many pairs of normal sized & Mini sclera lenses from optyk rozmus and i have not a single negative thing to say about anything!? The lenses are great quality, sits well on my eyes, have reasonable pricing, you get what you order and pretty fast! I live in Finland and my lenses usually arrives in a week or two after ordering! The ppl behind OR are really friendly and genuine with good intentions and the customer service never fails! Love love love Optyk rozmus and their lenses! Definately will recommend and continue using their lenses!

Their Neo Cosmos lenses are great, I've never worn any contacts that comfortable and finally I found blue lenses that cover my brown eyes. Will definitely order again.

Needed lenses for party and paid the fastest delivery option which was very expensive. The lenses never arrived when promised instead they were lost and this useless company messed up my event. Avoid at all cost!!@@#

Lens never arrived for the theatre show they were needed for. Show ruined!

I am a repeat customer and I will keep coming back! I absolutely love this site, love the contacts and the service! The contacts are super comfortable and they last a long time. They always have the best options and they are usually available in my prescription. I do wish there were more options in prescriptions for the RX Halloween contacts, but either way, I'll keep shopping here. I would love to be able to buy the white out contacts in my prescription as well, but not sure if that's even possible. All in all, I love everything about this site!
