Ordered replacement screws for Versace sunglasses in July at a cost of £13.94. Screws did not arrive until 8 September and do not fit. Have requested a refund on numerous occasions but my emails are just ignored.

I have recently ordered a couple of pairs of Oakley sunglasses and the service I received from the staff especially the person I dealt with has been amazing. Kept me updated on the progress of them. He has also gone the Extra mile in finding some items that I requested and I could not be more happy. Fantastic service and I would recommend this opticians to anyone. 6 stars

Cannot thank the person I dealt with enough at the Nottingham branch, having been told our glasses were a write off and the expensive lenses were not able to be used in new frames we posted them from Tyne and Wear to the person I dealt with who looked at them and within a day had the lenses placed into new frames and back to us by next day.

I have recently visited Vision Optique literally just by chance as I was passing by. I just wanted to say what an excellent opticians this is. I bought sunglasses first which Archana expertly helped and patiently fitted for me. I then had a full eye test which I have been putting off for ages andI now have clear, amazing vision and some great glasses. Even my daughter commented that I looked really great when I got home. Thank you to Archana and her extremely knowledgeable staff for al their help.

I has tried to get my cracked lens changed and had no response from Ray Ban and had been quoted ridiculous amounts from other providers. Optique took my order and had my glasses returned in seven days.

The service was fantastic and great value for money.

CHECK PRICES ELSEWHERE BEFORE MAKING AN IMPULSE BUY HERE!

Ludicrously over priced! Unfortunately we made an impulse buy from this shop, causing us to spend £99 on a pair of sunglasses advertised elsewhere for £59 (we will be checking online before hand in future). Asked for a refund, but they so kindly and smugly pointed towards the 'No Returns' policy.

Ordered a spare part for Oakley glasses. paid the company standard postal fee marked as express. Part to arrive within 5 t 10 days. This is not exactly express so having to wait 20 days was even less so. Asked for a refund from company for postage only and was met with negative response. Product was good, but service poor.

Contacted Optique (Derby branch) regarding replacement nose pads for my Okley flak sunglasses, she was extremely helpful, ordering them over the phone, arrived within the week. Left me a message, picked them up on my return from holiday. Top class
