I have used before, but recent transaction resulted in a failure to deliver the product after having withdrawn the money from my credit card account. I cannot make contact with the company and they offer no telephone number on their website. Other sister companies fail to acknowledge its existence, despite sharing the same Fax number and all being based in Guernsey. My credit card company is resolving on my behalf. This is a fraudulent company and I would never trust the sister companies either. Avoid like the plague.

The price of contact lenses at One Stop Contact Lenses is definitely unbeatable for contact lenses in the UK, but I had problems with the website, including issues with privacy of personal information - being able to see other people's orders (reported and fixed, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place).

Customer service is just about zero. Admin claimed they hadn't received my prescription when they clearly had. I had to persistent chase them to get my order, and they blamed delays on their supplier.

Absolutely dreadful.

Contact lenses from my local optician were twice the price and so slow. One Stop Contact Lenses got me lenses in an hour and even with the £5 delivery charge, they were heaps cheaper!
