Ordered four pairs of glasses nearly three weeks ago and still no sign of them. Cannot phone as the number is unrecognized. If they do eventually turn up I cannot return them as you need to phone them within seven days of them dispatching for authorisation. So much for a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. No reply to emails. Will report to the OFT and Credit Card provider.

I ordered a pair of glasses which stated with lenses, when they arrived 6 days later they had no lenses in, I have emailed 3 times and have had no reply and also phoned and keep getting a voicemail which I have left a message with no reply, I paid 70 pounds and can't use them, I am very unhappy and have no way of sorting this out as they don't reply to email or phone!

Was looking for some new glasses online and came across this company. Very impressed. Fast delivery, great prices and a nice personal service. Excellent 5 stars.

I had not bought glasses before online and this was my first attempt. Much more difficult than I thought!. Don't know my pupil pd or any of the other stuff and not sure which lenses i need. I tried several companies and only looked at ones with a phone number. Of the company's with numbers only 2 were in the UK - despite all having UK numbers. The company I eventually used were really good.

The person I dealt with was able to go through all the lens options and choices, recommended I send my old glasses in first - FREE and then phoned me to discuss my options. I need variflex lenses and he was so helpful.

Delighted with my glasses which came within a week or so, were less than half i was quoted at the opticians and are such good quality.

I have NEVER left a review before and felt i relay should this time. This company are excellent and the staff so helpful.

My husband is getting his eyes tested next Thursday and We will not hesitate to get his glasses from Gregorypex.

I ordered some glasses from this company and was very happy with the service. They don't have anywhere to leave a comment on there own site and I thought i would leave one here. They phoned me to check my prescription and the lady who phoned was an optician (Scottish I think and very nice) The glasses came very quickly and are good quality. My only comments are 1- site is hard to use 2- lack of designers 3 - some images are poor and hard to get an idea from.
