We were after a specific pair of Paul Smith frames, out of stock everywhere, but GlassesOutlet managed to track them down, and they were delivered today. They really went the extra mile, a superb service. I would recommend to anyone.

I wanted to replace an ageing pair of Paul Smith glasses with the same. Paul Smith and others said they were discontinued but these guys found them and for a good price. They also followed up my order with a request for a little more detail to ensure they fitted perfectly, which they did. Nicely packaged in a box and glasses box too which I wasn't expecting. I'm hoping they've got another pair as I'm poised to order these again as a spare pair given how rare they've become.

My favorite Jhane Barnes frames were nowhere to be found. I searched the internet, found them, and wondered if I would be disappointed with an on line purchase. Nothing could have been farther from the truth! When the frames had not arrived in several days, we called and the staff graciously traced our order to customs in the US and it arrived in my box in just a couple of days.Thank you for your kind attention and for making my day!

The team pulled out all of the stops, found me the frames I needed that very day and had the lenses sent to their workshop the next day. Ordered my Paul Smith Elson sunglasses from glasses outlet on the sunday evening. She called me Monday morning to say they had received the order to confirm the details & i received them on the Wednesday morning.

Took a day longer then i expected but my sunglasses look fantastic
