I ordered some specs from fashion specs direct, but a week later I still haven't received them. I'm going away on holiday in one week so they'd better arrive! I phoned their customer service number 4 times, but nobody answered my call whenever I tried. I did however send them an email, and they replied saying my order would be with me soon. Fingers crossed my glasses will arrive. I do have to commend them on value for money. My prescription lenses, frames and delivery came to only £12.90!

I was very impressed with the efficient and interested service. I received a call to clarify something on my order rather than just sending off something doubtful. Recommend this firm to everyone.
