Would answer emails until they received my sunglasses and would not contact me via email phone, now in contact to get my £200 pound sunglasses back. YOU ARE A FOOL IF YOU USE THIS LINE.

I sent my Oakley Juliet sunglasses to get the bridge fixed. Not only did they fix them but they akso tightened up the arms and cleaned them up so they look like new. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this company. I sent my glasses for repair, they took my money and a week later they were returned still broken - in fact they were worse than when I sent them in. Company are not answering my phone calls or e-mails, but happy to keep my money.

AVOID - DO NOT USE.

I sent my Wayfarers everyday Raybans to Eyewear Rescue as the frames had started to lose there shine.

I spoke to the person I dealt with , who is a lovely guy & he told me he would take a look & see what (if anything) they could do!

I sent my specs on a Monday Morning, They arrived back Wednesday before 1pm.

I was amazed!

They were better than the day I bought them. Shiny & Polished. Screws replaced etc.

Absolutely Amazing Service. I would definitely recommend & I will use them again!

Sent my Rayban sunglasses off for repair .paid 73 pounds and also paid £|8 to send them by reg post ..they then tell me they cant get the glass repaid and I cant have my postage back ...AVOID this lot ...they will not refund your postage even that the are aware they cant get hold of every lenses...I told the director he should put a warning on the site before you part with your money but he said tuff ..he had to fork out to send them back (as if its my fault ) rude and for £8 he will lose lots of customers.

Avoid... I will be taking the company to task over this poor customer service.. they also run raybanrepairspecialist
