What they sent out was not what I ordered and paid for. Have tried contacting them repeatedly over the last two weeks by email, social media, website and phone but have just been ignored.

Avoid - not worth the hassle

Besides the absolute non communication back from the eyekit staff, I AM VERY VERY HAPPY with the product. This was the only company I found that could do exactly as I asked for. Will very much Recommend. And I definitely will use them again. Cheers

AVOID LIKE THE MONKEYPOX

Read all negative reviews before using this company. He advertises stock that no longer exists, yet takes payment and does not inform you of the issue until you ring and ask. When my replacement item arrived it was faulty and needed a replacement part, but after 4 emails that remain unanswered, and numerous phone messages left that also receive no answer, I will now resort to a visit in person to get this rectified. It's a shame companies still operate in this way, especially during these hard times. Avoid like the Monkey Pox.

Excellent Value and Service. Eyekit were very helpful.

The frames were less than half the price that I was quoted by an Optician in Dublin.

Terrible service. Ordered two pairs of glasses frames only and paid extra for next day delivery. I heard nothing from them for 5 days. When I contacted them they informed me frames were out of stock and to pick different frames. Totally unprofessional. Had I not contacted them I would still be waiting. PayPal dispute opened for refund.

At first i was hessitant, because google put the autoreply in my spam box, and i wasnt sure if it was trustworty because the site doesnt exist so long.

But i took the shot, the prices were verry good, the choices in different quality glasses are huge, and the site is verry professional.

Just recieved my glases and they are perfect.

So i would recommand everybody.

Only thing i would suggest theowner of thesite, is to incluse abit more feedback once you have done the payment, but i'm unsure of this because google sends the mails to my spam, so its possible i missed some mails inbetween.

Ordered my glasses. 5 days later still no confirmation of dispatch.

rang to ask why the delay. Told they're not in stock, 2-3 week wait. They take your money immediately eventhough not in stock. Very unethical behaviour. I DO NOT RECOMMED U USE THIS COMPANY

Having 'burnt my fingers' a couple of times buying things on the internet, I'm always hesitant to buy online from a company for the first time especially as I couldn't find any reviews for them.

However, I decided to give EyeKit a go as they had the specs I wanted at HALF the price I could buy them from my opticians, INCLUDING far superior lenses too !

The website also gave a real landline phone number, so I thought I'd call to ask how long I should expect delivery to be and to get a feel for who I'd be dealing with. A real person was happy to answer my questions (always useful if things do go wrong), so I placed my order and DELIGHTED to have received my glasses on Saturday morning.

GREAT glasses, FAB price and EXCELLENT service. Will definitely use again.
