I ordered my lenses on the 11/08/16 and was promised my first shipping early September, for my holiday on the 22/09/16.

This shipping date has changed 3 times now and now I won't get them until October. I tried to cancel my order via customer service - oh noooo!

Your order has been shipped?????? Where is my order????????

And, yes, you have to pay a customs charge when they are delivered.

Free delivery but a processing charge is applied.

Now having to wear 6 year old glasses with an out of date prescription, as I wear my contact lenses every day. Don't wear glasses.

euroLens purports to be a European website, they have websites in 16 European Countries.

They mislead and defraud their customers:

1. Their Websites are misleading and do not make it clear that shipments are from the USA and will therefore incur Customs duty, V.A.T. and Customs clearance charges.

2. The charges to credit card accounts are more than the amount stated on their Invoice. Their website and invoices are in euros, but they charge in dollars!
