I ordered them October 18, 2017 and was really hoping to get in time for Halloween. They unfortunately didn't, but figured I would maybe have them for a New Years party. Again, nope. I'm actually still waiting and it's February tomorrow. I have contacted customer service several times. First time I was told to wait longer, second time I was told that they would put an investigation in with Canada Post. I have not heard a thing since, not received the product or a refund. Will certainly NEVER be ordering from them again.

I didn't find too much wrong with my product. It arrived in 2 weeks. They are the correct color and look awesome. However, I tried them on and they were extremely painful. I wear contacts so I know how to put them in. The fit was horrible. The contacts were covering part of my pupil and the pupil hole was showing my irises. The fit is awful. I can't even wear them. It feels like someone is stabbing you in the eyes. I'm extremely disappointed because I based my whole costume on these and spent quite a bit of money. Definitely a gamble buying these.

i was happy with how they looked and the fit when I tried them on. I wanted to be sure I could wear them for my Maleficient costume Halloween Day. When I took them out, one tore into 3 pieces in my eye! I wear contacts, so I know how to take them out. I wrote the company and told them that I was happy and they fit well, they just tore up the first time I put them in! They sent me a response that seemed pre written because it had nothing to do with what I said. Regardless, they won't do a thing about their faulty product, so I am leaving a bad review wherever possible.

I bought contacts from Demon Eyez for Halloween. They arrived quickly. I tried them on before putting on my costume. Within 2 minutes, one of them tore. A few minutes later, the other one tore. I was incredibly disappointed. I seriously suggest finding somewhere else to buy your contacts.

For an upcoming anime festival I ordered enternal mangeyo sharingan contacts... They look very cool and accurate however when wearing them I have found that they are very uncomfortable and irrating to the point of being painful. Though they look very awesome, unfortunately I am not able to wear them to the convention because of the pain...

Do not buy unless you have high pain tolerance in your eyes...

I ordered the twilight Edward contacts as they look like yellowish gold. I received them within the 14days but they are the color if a nude crayon not yellowish gold at all. Not impressed an will send them back unopened and hope I get my refund.

Was so worried about ordering from demoneyez.com when I seen this reviews but then I decided to take the risk and order I purchased Lycan contacts and also paid for tracked shipping, Instantly after placing my order I got a email of confirmation then next day I got my tracking number in a email and was told be order had been dispatched so no problems there!

A few days down the line my order arrives in a bubble wraped jiffy bag which I was very happy with as there was no damage to my lenses unlike with other sites I've purchased from before, The color In my Lycan contacts was brilliant and they were also very comfy.

Will definitely order again down the line!

I ordered a pair of contacts on October 24 and they were "shipped" on October 25. I have sent several emails and have not received a response! Does anyone know about their return/refund policy? I REFUSE TO KEEP THESE CONTACTS AFTER IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET THEM...WHAT A SHAM OF A WEBSITE!

Before ordering make sure and read their FAQ very carefully. Their based in the UK, which their website fails state. Even if you pay for tracking expect extremely slow shipping. It took 17 days for my contacts to finally arrive. I did not get any instructions and the vials were not in a box, nor is there any expiration date on them. Order with caution!

I made my order on 9/27/12. It is not the 1st of November, 2012.

I paid for the cheapest shipping option which is stated to take anywhere between 4-14 business days.

I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions with no response. Surprisingly enough, they got back to me in less than 12hrs when the emails were regarding me giving them my money.

It's looking like I will have to file a claim with my credit card company in order to get my money back. Do NOT order from these guys!! BEWARE.
