They Claim To Have Support 24/7 But After The Brea
They claim to have support 24/7 but after the breakdowns the response was as slow as 6 days and they even expected me to go look for my data by myself somewhere on their trashed servers. During many of my contacts with their support agents, I got very arrogant answers which really did not help with my problem.
