I had stuck with the same hosting provider for 20 years but I now realize, thanks to WinServe, what a poor service I was actually getting. The hassle of moving kept me kicking the can down up the road, but this ended up being quick and easy. Their control panel is fantastic.

Support response is pretty much instant at any day or time. Support staff are great and go above and beyond and clearly explain options, steps and solutions. Everyone that I have dealt with has been polite and courteous.

I set up my first nopcommerce store with another host but found the site very slow to load, i thin change host to that stated that it would work with nopcommerce how ever did not so changed to Winserve. Winserve moved my website over and gave me any help i needed quickly with their email support even giving me simple to understand instructions for someone like myself that's not an expert at web hosing etc. Only down side is its more expensive than the other 2 options i tried however the other 3 options didn't get my site up and running as well as Winserve does at £9.99 a month.

Choosing a hosting service is not easy. You never know if this hosting service will have your back in times of trouble and once you find out it’s too late. I have been developing Websites using different technologies for over twenty years. As things develop and the technology changes the life of a developer is one of constant learning new ways of working. No matter how you try, you can’t know everything. Yes Google helps, but sometimes it can take hours to find a solution to your problem. But perhaps you don’t need to know everything yourself when you can rely on the level of support offered by Winserve. Not only is the quality of their response accurate and not BS, but their response is timely. The questions that I have had, have been responded to in hours, not days, or weeks and when your site is down that’s the type of timely response you need. They obviously had my back when I needed them so I would not hesitate to recommend Winserve.

It took myself and a member of staff just 90 minutes to move and enable three HTTPS websites from a failing, overpriced, incompetent, internationally known hosting company to Winserve cloud server.

What else is there to say.

Only the future will tell. But judging from the swift response and superior technical support, I think I might be onto a winner.

And the cost was 1/5 the price of hosting renewal at original company.

Moved a few ASP.NET sites to them and support was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nearly a year in now and very happy. Would recommend due to fast servers and support responses.

tried several of the big names for uk windows hosting and none could host my new .Net Core project without errors.

Tried it here with winserve and got the visual studio publishing profile from their CP. Deployment from vs was easy and worked well.

Had a strange issue with my code but the support guys had it working in less than 2 hours from signup by advising me on the solution.

As long as it stays as fast and stable as it is now i will not be moving my site to another host anytime soon.

Excellent support service. They answer my daft questions speedily and with great patience. I've been hosting with winserve for a few years now and they far exceed my previous hosts for uptime and support.
