I hate SimpleSite and they kept on emailing me and trying to hack my info or they are doing something to my info. SO NEVER EVER DEVER GO ON THERE OR MAKE YOUR WEBSITE.

I went on live chat and asked if there was a way to look at their website without creating my own. That I just wanted to check them out. No comment, nothing. They just disconnected! Definitely not an open book. Not a very good sign. That just does not denote trustworthiness to me.

This Is The Worst Web Designing Company's I Have E

this is the worst web designing company's I have ever went to.

I paid $400 and then they said they refunded me the money and asked me to pay aging.  the sales agent used a friends credit card after been told they where using it to authorize her card just to open the account not charge it. They told me I could link my checking account with my account with them instead they charged her card and took her rent money BS. If I could give half a star or none I would PUNKS.

the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should have told me this before I opened a account there would not send my worst enemy or dead dog here!!!!!!!!!!

False Advertising! Their Windows Package Cla

FALSE ADVERTISING!

Their Windows package claims "unlimited storage for videos, audio, and more" but now that we've actually started using the storage, we got threats of service interruption for violating terms of use, claiming that we are using too much space and that it isn't "linked" to their site. There is no such term that we've violated. We used about 11GB of space. 11GB from "unlimited" is excessive?

Web.com is great value, more then just a host. So many marketing and other internet success tools provided. I didn't have time to build a site. With a phone interview and a few days of submitting revisions. I was online and customers were finding me through my new website.

The Time Spent Trying To Cancel My Account Was Ast

The time spent trying to cancel my account was astounding in my opinion. The fact that I tried to call five times each time waiting over an hour with no response or human contact was horrible for me, and then when I opened an online ticket to close the account I got a "resolved" email back promply. I figured that I should have tried this first, then after I was billed again I found out that you have to talk with a billing center specialist to cancel an account, but that is funny since the only way that I can seem to do this so far is to wait over an hour. So my review of this company is that you should be ok to use them if you will never require any assistance, if you could possibly need to talk to someone, then you would be better off with another provider I feel.

I found this review not helpful because...Are you speaking of web.com or webs.com those are 2 different web hosting and do-it-yourself website company.Because the way you are describing it on the openeing a ticket and being resolved,I think you are speaking of www.webs.com ?

I Received An Email From Web.com Announcing A Rais

I received an email from Web.com announcing a raise in monthly subscription rates. On Thursday, October 9th 12:00pm, I placed a call to web.com's cancellation line in order to cancel my service. I waited on hold for approximately 35 minutes and had to hang up (unserved) because my lunch break had ended. Saturday, October 11th, I placed another call around 3:30pm and waited on hold another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I hung up and dialled their technical support number. A human being picked up almost immediately and proceeded to take my information and transferred me to customer service. It is now 5:37pm and I have been on hold for 1 hour and 46 minutes. (Still on hold now.)

I Started A Web Site To Sell A Boat I Had, So I We

I started a web site to sell a boat I had, so I went with Web.com. Unbelievable mistake for me! After the boat sold, I had no reason for the site anymore, so I wished to cancel. In order to cancel my account, I had to call them. But guess what? When I called them, I was put on hold for I felt was FOREVER. When I tried calling the first few times to cancel, I would remain on hold for 15 to 30 minutes or so before I gave up and hung up. I eventually arranged to stop the recurring payments to Web.com, as I was unable to cancel. Well naturally, they put me into collections and damaged my credit rating. Fed up, one day I was determined to call them to resolve this. I didn't care how long I was on hold, I was going to talk to SOMEONE. So what happened? I wound up on hold for THREE AND A HALF HOURS before I gave up. Classic catch-22: you must call to cancel, but if you call, you can never get through to anyone in my experience. I even made a couple of videos of this experience showing the time and number data on my cell phone to prove this occurred. I filed a complaint with the B.B.B. and will have to be disputing what they've done to my credit rating with all three credit bureaus. What a pain. I do not recomemnd web.com.

Unending Problems With Downtime Reprehensible Cust

Unending problems with downtime reprehensible customer response time and customer service. If you have a business prepare to loose money and be frustrated beyond belief. I am going to switch when I can but I have to wait for a lul in my business because they are also known for holding your domain hostage. I defy anyone to find one legitimate good review of them.

I am going through the same issues with Network Solutions. I would not recommend this company to any business. Their customer service is a total nightmare. I am in the process of moving all of my services to another company. I have been with them for almost 7-years. In the past 2-day's, I have been on hold for a combined 4-1/2 hours. I was also cut off twice and in one instance, a recording came on and stated that I was about to start a customer service review. I can promise you, they did not want to hear my review of their services. My web site is still down. I could not understand hardly any of the information that the customer service rep was telling me. Her accent was so bad, I asked to speak with someone who could speak better english. I was told, quote, "I will help you, that is for sure"! I know our $5500 a year is nothing to Network Solutions, but it is everything to our company. We have been in business 29-years. You do not last that long by screwing and mistreating your customer. If any one happens to have any Main office phone numbers that I can call, I would much appreciate them. Business is already tough enough without dealing with horrible service providers like Network Solutions/Web.com. Please pray for me as I try to disconnect all of our accounts from this company. Our Sites Have Been Down Over 5 Days With Very Lit

Our sites have been down over 5 days with very little response from the tech team as far as I am concerned. I've already set us up with a new hosting provider and am in process of migrating. We had been Web.com/Interland customers for over 6 years. This was the final straw for us. I do not recommend web.com.
