I've had a VPS with VPSLink for about a year now, and before they had "new management" they were great. They managed the migration to the new data centres seamlessly too.

Their servers are still fast and *highly* reliable, and overall good value for money.

The support has gotten worse over the last few months. A client got a virus and sent a large number of spam messages through the VPS over 1 hour. Instead of contacting me in ANY way, they simply shut down the server. I phoned them to find out what happened, and they actually admitted they shut down the server because they knew I'd contact them. A complaint ticket I submitted is now on it's 5th day waiting for a response.

Another point about support: It's unmanaged. Strictly so. If you want *anything* done to your VPS by the staff, the answer is: No.

In short, I would recommend them IF you're sure you won't fall foul of their draconian spam rules. If you plan to host sites for others, perhaps you should look elsewhere - precisely what I'm doing.
