Not bad, usually get back to you quite quickly. I've also had an account hosted by visn for 2+ years, quite good. Support is generally good on first email - by second email to clarify things they can get a bit shirty and even rude. However if you can put up with this, things do get sorted out The package you get is pretty good but nothing advanced eg. asp .net, however I do well recommend visn.co.uk.

I have had a pretty good service for 2 years with Vision Internet, but I've no experience of other hosts so nothing to compare against. Seems to have everything I need, but then I don't need very much. I like the in internet explorer upload facility. Went off travelling and could ftp to my site from totally random computers. Was really useful feature. Never had any issues with stability, seem to be okay customer support (my brother uses same server and has had positive feedback with the blokes there)
