By far the best thing about Vidahost is their customer service. I've had the pleasure of emailing them for technical help over the past six months and they ALWAYS reply within mere minutes...

The servers have had a 100% up rate, and my VPS is faster than fast.

Honestly, I balked about the price as it was quite a bit more than I was spending before, but I realise you pay for what you get and really Vida has proven themselves time and time again.

Overall, awesome service - in this day and age of appalling customer service - Vidahost is a true breath of fresh air!

After months of battling poor performance and atrocious customer service with my previous web host (123-reg), I decided to move my site to a new host and was recommended by a friend to Vidahost.

Set-up was fast and efficient. As part of my hosting package, they migrated my site across to their servers for me, and the whole thing was up and running within a few hours. I had a few questions and problems early on as was setting myself up, and their tech support guys would respond to e-mails within a few minutes at all hours of the day and night (literally less than 5 minutes, which was amazing compared to the average of 24-48 hours I had been getting previously).

Since moving to Vidahost nearly two months ago, my site loads very quickly every time and has had 0% downtime. Site traffic doubled overnight, which showed just how shocking 123-reg had been given that presumably 50% of my potential customers had given up trying to visit the site because it would't load in a timely manner (if at all).

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough; very, very happy with my move.
