I have been hosting with UCVHOST.com for over 3 months now, and I have not any bad experience with them. The setup was almost instant. The domain was up and running in less than a day when I moved to them from my previous hosting provider. They have a really good customer service and ticketing system. They get back to you within 24 hours. As far as I am concerned I really recommend this site.

I paid UCVhost by credit card, I had to phone them 48 hours later as I had not got any contact re my web hosting account been ready, I checked and saw they took my years hosting price from my credit card plus transaction fee. I was told them my account would be ready within 4 working days. I checked four days later and found my account was not ready I called them again and was informed my account was closed by them and that they would refund my monies, this they have not done. I asked as to why they cancelled my account and they said there accounts department told them to do so (vague). My site was not an adult website etc. and I was not expecting high traffic on it. I have not received my money back.

I was also charged a transaction fee, I am here in UK and the hosting fee. I had to inform my credit card company that I believe UCVhost are a fraud and only wanted all my credit card and personal details, I had to cancel my credit card and await a new one.

I have 3 sites with UCVHOST. Customer service is second to none. All my support requests are handled under 5 minutes. They even re-installed my content management system for me after they found out the problem I had stemmed from me installing the wrong version.

Great features. Their prices are great but not the cheapest. I highly recommend these guys!

Well through my 2 years and a half i went from shared host to dedicated server and i can tell you. Support is FAST , transfer WAS FAST and painless...For the first time i can tell you that im VERY satisfied.

My site never crashed yet (knocks on wood)

I began with a reseller package and eventually out grew them and moved onto a VPS solution.

My experience with VPS' had been limited beforehand but UCVHOST friendly support helped me out whenever I ran into problems.

I will be continuing to use UCVHOST in hosting my various sites.

I came across this host on the search for a competitively priced host that would offer windows (asp) hosting as well as php. I did get in touch with their support before I signed up as I had some specific requirements that I needed to host my sites and that caused issues with other hosts. The answers came promptly and I loved the online 'talk to support' chat facility. I signed up the same day and have been continously impressed with tec customer service and the prices/service ratio.

At last I have found a host that is most reliable in terms of everything what user wants. There is far too much reliance on automated responses with some hosts but with UCVHOST you get that personal touch with email replies that are so fast it is almost unbelievable. They look after their customers ready to rectify problems with 24/7 technical support. My experience with other hosts had been very slow responses from people that seemed not to know what they were doing - in fact at times making the situation we were in even worse. This is whole new experience for me and I would recommend them most certainly.
