I went with this hosting company because they seemed like an honest decent company. Little did I know they were going to rip me off. After only 3 days of my site being set up did I have trouble. First my FTP details changed, and when I contacted them they said "we're working on it". It took them a week to fix the issue. Then the site went down altogether for 4 days. I complained and they apologised about the problems.

Another 2 weeks went by and I couldn't log into my account, I emailed asking why and they said "we have removed your account" they would not give a reason, they had just removed it. I demanded a refund and they just said "no". Again they would not give a reason. I paid a 12 months up front which is $99, and I am apparently never going to see my money again.

Do not go with this company for your hosting needs, they are obviously either incompetent or thieves.
