I've had very good service from these guys. They did introduce their virtual server environment this year and seemd to experience teething problems, however this has been very stable subsequently.

The support/admin portal now provides a huge amount of detail about the services I hold with them.

I have spoken on several occasions to members of their tech team and they have been extremely helpful and understanding and called me back when they said they would.

I'd recommend these guys over the larger companies purely because of their personal approach.
