I've been doing some work for a client who has his site hosted with Squirrel. This is my first experience with Squirrel and I've run into a number of issues that have required me to raise two support tickets over the course of the work. Site hosting is fast enough, and the control panel pretty standard. What makes Squirrel stand out is the support - they really are brilliant.

Being new to hosting - I picked Squirrel Hosting based on the reviews I read regarding customer service and available resource. I haven't been disappointed - I signed up and immediately bought a hosting package and then promptly assigned it to the wrong domain.

I had a recent problem accessing my domain which I had transferred to Squirrel following excellent service with another site. The team at Squirrel patiently worked on the problem with my broadband set up and broadband provider over a couple of days. Unfailingly quick to respond and using language I could understand they solved the problem(s)efficiently and continue to provide excellent help and guidance.
