I got this service for work, and after sending in 10 emails, I couldn't get 1 reply back. The customer service sucks. I don't see how this company can be in service with horrible customer service. They don't have a phone number, they don't respond to email or tickets. The worst ever. I got a refund and went to another company!

They've also helped me with SSL certificates and URL rewriting via e-mail, always responding within ten minutes.
