Great response to questions and assistance. This does not necessarily mean that they always get it right the very first time but it is more important that they don't give up even when the problem seem complex.

It is also important to point out that they don't respond arrogantly, which helps a lot.

Having been with Supanames for 8+ years i brought my first site to sky.uk.net in January 2011. The set up and access went like a dream, the transfer for the domain name was easily handled. The one time i had to contact support my ticket was answered within 8 hours (overnight). I dont think i can recommend sky.uk.net more than to say i have just brought my second site to them. I use one Linux hosting and one Windows. Only think that could be better is speed in the control panel, a minor issue.

Just singed up and very happy so far, got business deal for same money I was paying for basic deal from 1and1

They have been so helpful and patient, even late on a Saturday night, I am not too good with computers but they have helped me get my site up in no time and at a very good price. After a lot of searching for the right Ecommerce Host I came across SKY.UK.NET. Their prices are ever so cheap and so far I have got all I have needed from a reliable Ecommerce Host it's been 7 month's now.

I had a Jewelers store before and wanted to go online but I had no experience in Web Design and how to go about it, SKY.UK.NET did all the hard work for me including setting up a FREE Merchant Account for me with their 3 Ecommerce Package, which also comes with FREE Shopping Cart gallery and all the instruction showing how to use their shopping carts.
